  4.     DIED. Donald ("Pee Wee") Gaskins, 58, convicted murderer who
  5. last week became the first white man in the U.S. to die for
  6. killing a black since the death penalty was upheld in 1976; of
  7. electrocution; in Columbia, S.C. In 1982 Gaskins was hired to
  8. kill a fellow inmate, murderer Rudolph Tyner, which he
  9. accomplished by giving his victim a bomb disguised as a radio.
